DeNittis Osefchen partners Stephen DeNittis and Joseph Osefchen recently authored “A Plaintiff’s Perspective of the New Ascertainability Requirement in Federal Class Actions” that was published in New Jersey Lawyer Magazine’s class action issue (April 2015 No. 293). The artcile discusses the recent trend by Federal Courts to consider the ascertainability of persons in the class as a requirement to certify an action as a class action.  Mr. DeNittis and Mr. Osefchen have collectively handled over 140 class actions as either lead or co-lead counsel in cases locally, regionally and nationally.  To see the article click HERE.
