On January 6, 2012 a class action lawsuit Dubler v. Aquahab, LLC was settled on behalf of approximately 4,000 health club members who alleged they were overcharged for health club services in violation of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, the New Jersey Retail Installment Sales Act and the Truth in Consumer Contract Warranty and Notice Act. All class members received $60 in services vouchers usable for a free month of health club services or for personal training.
