The $15 billion dollar a year retailer agreed to offer up to $340 million in purchase certificates between $5 and 10 in value per class member wherein class members can obtain free goods and merchandise from Old Navy. Old Navy offers hundreds of items for sale every day under $5 which include but are not limited to shirts, shorts, flip-flops, underwear, skirts, leggings, sneaker socks, nail files, hair products, scarfs, socks, belts etc.
The purchase certificates are able to be used with any other discounts and promotions, are transferrable, can be used in store or online for discounts off any items offered for sale and can be used for 18 months from issue.
