On October 11 the court granted final approval of a settlement that had been reached in a class action lawsuit valued between $144 million and $288 million dollars (depending on the number of claims filed) involving allegations that Gap Outlet, Gap Factory Store or Banana Republic Factory Store (collectively, “Gap”) used false or misleading reference prices.
DeNittis Osefchen Prince, P.C. represented the plaintiff class of persons in reaching this settlement. Gap vigorously denies the allegations, and the court has not decided who is right. If you did not receive direct notice of this Settlement via email, or did receive direct notice and want to obtain a Settlement Purchase Certificate(s), you must submit a Claim Form.
