After more than twenty years defending insurance companies and employers, Mr. DiCarlo has returned to his roots to champion the rights of individuals who have sustained significant personal injuries. His defense background provides him with unique insight into handling negligence-based third-party claims, as well as aggressively pursuing claims on behalf of injured workers. Regarding his return, Mr. DiCarlo explains, โIt is with renewed energy, focus and passion that I utilize my years of defense experience to again redress the rights of injured individuals. After having numerous cases over the years against the skilled attorneys at DeNittis, Osefchen and Prince, it only made sense to join the best and most successful team in the business!โ
Mr. DiCarlo was born and raised in Maryland, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history in 1993 from Loyola College in Baltimore. He then attended and obtained his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1997. While there, he was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society, winning various awards for oral advocacy and brief writing. Following graduation, Greg worked for a small firm in center city Philadelphia, followed by a larger well-known southern New Jersey law firm exclusively representing injured individuals. Despite developing a passion for fighting for the little guy, his path was rerouted to the defense side. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and has appeared in countless administrative and trial proceedings on behalf of his clients. He is accepting referrals for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey matters.
Apart from practicing law, Mr. DiCarlo has a subspecialty in strategic business and leadership development. Whether it is creating a sound marketing plan, scaling to increase revenue, managing human resource functions or just basic operational optimization, Greg has the skill set to provide the necessary guidance and is available to business owners for consultation services as an outside resource.
Mr. DiCarlo currently resides with his family in Media, Pennsylvania, but expects to relocate to the Jersey Shore in the near future. In his free time, Greg enjoys spending time golfing with friends, as well as sports card collecting.
